FAQs

36Inc is focused at Chhattisgarh based entrepreneurs, but we are open for incubation from all around the country provided the startups are ready to base themselves in Chhattisgarh.
Please refer to the Process page for the detailed process.
The incubation will be offered for a period of 6 months.
There are primarily 3 criteria:
  1. Either the applicant must be Divyaang or working for the welfare of Divyaang.
  2. The applicant must be ready to get Registered in Chhattisgarh, if not.
  3. The applicant’s startup/ business must be DIPP registered.
It is generally seen that the startup team size at the point of joining incubation is just a couple of members. Over time, they add in employees and grow. But, for this incubation process, we will be providing 2 Seats to all the selected startups.
Mentoring is a process by which mentors assist the start up team in structuring their business and business models to have a firm grounding in the market. This is generally an iterative process and helps the first time entrepreneur’s move ahead with confidence.
Admission in incubation, doesn’t ensure getting funded. Funding will only be provided if the department funds.
Please visit www.36inc.in for details of the facilities offered along with incubation.
A person with a disability means a person with long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairment which, in interaction with barriers, hinders his full and effective participation in society equally with others. For the purpose of this incubation programme, we will consider a person with not less than forty per cent. of a specified disability as certified by the certifying authority as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. The disability certificate should be valid for the entire duration of the programme.
In case of non-availability of disability certificate, while making the application, we will still accept the proposal, but the certificate will have to be submitted before the beginning of the programme (October 2nd, 2018).
It is important to note that just like any other person, a Person with Disability can also apply for the programme if his/her enterprise contributes to the sector of disability in the state. In such case, a disability certificate is not a mandatory requirement.
